A full refund will be issued if you cease cancelling our services within 5 days of paying.

If you decide to terminate our services after the first 5 days, you will be billed a sum that would equal the working hours inputted for that project. Within 45 days of the cancellation, the balance will be credited to the account from which you paid. Service renewal cancellation should be effected 10 days before the start of a subsequent billing cycle.

If, however, cancellations are made after the onset of the billing cycle, then there will be an amount to be billed equivalent to the working hours the project took in a given month that the clients will pay for.

If you subscribed to our services but did not avail yourself of our services, the truth remains that you are still required to pay us.

The refund amount will be credited to the account used for payment within 45 days after service cancellation.
